Account access changed email to different

I am writing to inquire about the status of my account (please verify using my email address). It appears that my account has been disabled, and it is now linked to a different name and email address. I kindly request that you update my email address from [[email protected]]to [email protected]. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could extend the validity of my course by 6 months. I have been unable to access the course for the past 6 months, despite making the payment on February 7, 2023. Today’s date is October 2, and I am still facing issues with my account, including the changed email address and other account settings. I have been trying to resolve this matter for a considerable amount of time.

Even after making the payment, the system indicates that there is no account associated with my email. This has been a frustrating experience, and I did not anticipate encountering such difficulties.

I kindly request that you update my email address and extend the course validity.
