Accidentally click confirm

Hi, I accidentally hit confirm when doing the task ( Ansible Copy Module Jan 26, 2023 11:05:02 AM Jan 30, 2023 11:05:02 AM ) but I remember even don’t write any command in lab because there was something issue happen and lost my 25th streak is it possible I can get the streak for it again? thanks
