Access error after creating an ECS cluster

I keep getting this error after creating an ECS cluster, and i am not able to see the cluster in AWS playground.

User: arn:aws:iam::230793293282:user/odl_user_806768 is not authorized to perform: ecs:ListClusters on resource: * with an explicit deny in a service control policy

We have the guideline for AWS ECS on Playground here: AWS SandBox Playground | KodeKloud
Can you give it a try and let me know if the issue still happens?
