100 days of DevOps issue ssh into servers

Hi i hve been getting this issue for 3 days now i don’t know if i have to keep waiting that maybe it is a platform issue of it is something we can fix this is the error i get

Don’t know if anyone has encountered same.
Been stuck for days on any solution? i am also documenting my journey here you might find it helpful 100 days of devops kodecloud solutions

Which Day of the 100 are you doing? We’re aware of the problem you’re having – but it’s related to the exact KK Eng lab that you’re doing when it happens that tells us what we have to fix.
