100 Days of Devops- Day 29: Manage Git Pull Requests -Task is getting Failed Again and Again

Even though i am performing all steps right for the task named Day 29: Manage Git Pull Requests under 100 Days of Devops, It is getting failed again and again and due to which i am not able to perform any new task.

Please help me out on this.
