100 days of devops Day 11 - Successfully done task but on dashboard it still showing not done

I’ve completed the task 2 times in a row now. It shows the task is done successfully but when I get redirected to dashboard/practice the task is still untouched.
Yesterday in the same task I there was missing ROOT.war file in /tmp directory. Now this ;(
Please Help Im not able to proceed further.

Same issue - Task “Linux Nginx as Reverse Proxy”, did it 4 times, does not mark it as completed and cannot proceed with the further tasks
