i installed the correct version of php-fpm still after clicking on Check button it says either php-fpm is not installed or the version 8.1 is not installed

it was Day 20: Configure Nginx + PHP-FPM Using Unix Sock , now i solved it , it also gave me the task completed message then under my active practice it still says redo
