100 days of cloud day 31 azure lab broken

The automated provisioning engine for this lab is failing to assign the correct RBAC role to my user account.
Both the Portal UI and the Cloud Shell CLI throw a hard AuthorizationFailed error:
“The client does not have authorization to perform action ‘Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/write’ over scope ‘/subscriptions/…/resourceGroups/DefaultResourceGroup-EUS/providers/Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/xfusion-learn-python’”

Please review the lab’s master Azure Policy template, fix the permission script, and manually mark Day 31 as complete for my account.

You need to create the Web App either from the Azure Console or using the az CLI from the lab terminal.

Cloud Shell for labs is disabled.
