The task states the database server should be created in eastus.

2) The server name must be devops-server-19881 under eastus.

As you can see, the account is being restricted.

I wondering if this is specific to East US. When I did the task I was assigned to West US, and it worked. It’s possible that @Delray is not observing one of the limitations to the database and server size – it must be basic, and use fairly limited storage. He should try this again, and see if he’s assigned to some region other than East US. But in general, this lab does work.

Unable to create in the EastUS region.
Tried westus too but while validating it throws an error.
