Hello, I can’t create a VM-Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and I got this error.
“Offer with PublisherId: ‘dcassociatesgroupinc’, OfferId: ‘ubuntu-2204-lts’ cannot be purchased due to validation errors. For more information see details.”

The Ubuntu 22.04 LTS image is currently not visible from the drop-down list of images. You need to check in the See all images, and select the Ubuntu 2204 published by Canonical.
This imagewill work with this task.
From the available images in Canonical, select the gen_2 image.
There’s an open ticket to simplify this process.
