100 days of Cloud (AWS) day 30 error

Good day everyone, Please I have done Day 30 of 100 days of Cloud (AWS) more than 5 times, but keeps getting same error: Enable Internet Access for Private EC2 using NAT Instance

I have done everything on the console, created public subnet, public instance, security group, igw, route table, everything and yet when I want to connect to the instance it keeps failing, saying "error establishing SSH connection to your instance. I have tried every fix, please what could be wrong and what can I do??

I guess you are using CloudShell here.
The lab expects you to complete the tasks using the lab terminal.
