I’ve encountered a problem. I create an instance EXACTLY according to the task requirements, create a security group with accessible port 80, set up user data, and make Nginx available. The server returns a 200 response from other machines on the external IP address on port 80, so the task is complete. But the autotester doesn’t count it and reports:
‘nautilus-ec2’ instance was not created as per the requirements or port ‘80’ was not opened
I have just tried it and it is fine.
Perform all tasks from the Launch Instance form. It will create the appropriate security group rules as long as you have selected HTTP access.
Wait for the instance to pass status checks before submitting the task
