Where can I see the full list of features available on the new website?

I don’t see my subscription in payments section. / I am not able see my subscription in the new website / My card info and my subscription does not show up in new panel.

You won’t see the old subscription details on the new site. However you will have access to all courses as long as you have an active subscription (either on the old site or the new site). You can manage your subscription in the old site (legacy.kodekloud.com)

Progress is not showing / Was not able to see my recent progress of a course or past courses I started.

Due to technical limitations, we cannot sync or migrate the progress. However, you can still access the old site at legacy.kodekloud.com to continue any courses in progress. We strongly recommend you start all new courses in the new site.

Unknown email address / I am not able to login with my existing email address / Does not recognize username or password / I am unable to signup using my email address I used for the old site

Login credentials are not the same as on the old website. So you must sign up again on the new website. To sign up go here  https://kodekloud.com/sign-up-migration/

Username is not available

You might see this error if your account has already been created on the new site. Please use the forgot password option to reset your password.

I’m an old customer can’t you provide me a free upgrade or discounted yearly subscription

You don’t need to upgrade or buy. You will have access to all courses as long as you have an active subscription (either on the old site or the new site). When your subscription expires on the old site purchase a new subscription on the new site. Use coupon code LEGACY50 to get a special discount when you move to the new site.

Do I need to create a new account on legacy (dot) kodekloud (dot) com?

No. The sub-domain ‘legacy’ houses our previous website which you already have an account on.

I was able to login, but not able to see the videos.

Please use the blue feedback widget on the right side after logging in to directly report if you have this issue. You can add screenshots or screencast staying within the browser to help us understand better. (no extra software needed in true KodeKloud style!)

Will the ongoing subscription rate keep the same for the new website, as the existing one I’m on, as long as I keep continuing with it? What about my existing subscription which I got last year.

Yes. And you can manage your subscription in the old site (legacy.kodekloud.com)

Also, you may at any time cancel subscription on the old site and re-enroll on the new site. Use coupon code LEGACY50 to get a special discount when you move to the new site

For the new website, do I have to buy a new subscription again?

No. You will have access to all courses as long as you have an active subscription (either on the old site or the new site). Once your subscription ends on the old site you may buy a subscription again on the new site. To get a subscription at the same price write to support@kodekloud.com and request a coupon code.

I used the auto-login link and it worked, but how do I set/change my password on the new site?

Please use the forgot password feature. Auto-login was given only so you can quickly try it. We apologize for the confusion.
