Earned more than 19 years of experience in the IT Customer support services field. Started with hardware support attending PC’s and printers from inkjet to network laser printers and IBM ThinkPad’s when they were still IBM owned brand. Earned RHCE in year 2002 on Red Hat Linux version 7.2 and started my career on *NIX administration. Initially worked on shared webhosting remote support and then moved to enterprise support in a bank. Learned AIX on the job. Moved up the ladder from lead to service delivery manager. Worked mostly in the banking environment for production support, project rollout etc. in a private bank.

Currently learning new technologies to gain hands on experience. Completed my CKA and CKS certifications. Aiming to learn more with continuous practice on the gamut of subjects cloud and DevOps related.
