My frustration with the course at this point is the constant suggestion to go to the labs, which there are none, and how she talks about very simple examples of the subject matter, but then gives very difficult examples in the quizzes that beginners would never be able to understand, for not having had any previous coding experience. There is also no explanation for incorrect answers. Luckily, I have had some JS, PHP, and lots of Bash, so some of these things are very similar and not difficult to me. But just her brief video, and then a quiz with a high difficulty, seems discouraging, instead of encouraging. It would be nice to have a challenge that employs each topic, and gets progressively more complex as you learn new things. Lydia does a nice job explaining Python, but the quizzes take you from step 1 where Lydia left off, to step 99 with little explanation.
