May I know why this is saying the virtual machine was not successfully created? I am seeing the machine running and deployment succeeded.
Below is the image proof with name of virtual machine:

Your screenshot looks fine.
One reason could be that you clicked Check button too soon.
I would say, try again and ensure you click the Check onlab terminal after the Deployment succeeds and you are creating the resource in the correct region.
I will try it again.
I actually clicked after checking that deployment was successful.
I even had to do it again. Was afraid to do it the 3rd time, hence the reason I complained.
It is an issue in the LAB environment. Until they fix it, you can follow the solution mentioned in this post to proceed.
