User named kirsty in App Server 2 without a home directory

Hi,
Does anyone have this issue? I was asked to Create a user named kirsty in App Server 2 without a home directory, which I did, but I still failed the exercise. See screenshot.

Same error with me as well.

Only mistake I see is the name of the user. It’s supposed to be kirsty and NOT kristy.
