Task Failed and Review Button Not Available

Hello,

My Below Task did not succeed and it also does not shows a review button . How can I submit it for review ?

Thanks for your Response, I am not sure what a KKE ID, I login using my E-Mail ID, which is the same for my Community Account.

Is there a way to send out the E-Mail ID Privately ?
