I have encountered issue on Jenkins KKE level 1, Ques 1, terminal is bind to port 8080. If we changed port in jenkins conf, it will not be accessible through UI as lab settings expects jenkins to be run on port 8080.

You are installing it in the wrong place.
You are still on jump host. You need to SSH to jenkins first using the given credentials and install it there.

I realized that the Jenkins server IP details and related documentation were not mentioned or attached to the task instructions I was working on. While investigating, I found the inventory details in another task. I also noticed that there is a handbook icon on the left panel that can be used to view the inventory.
Just sharing this observation in case anyone else faces the same confusion.
