Maybe incomplete error msg (wrong image) was just when checker cannot see right message (Welcome to DevOps Datacenter) in logs, or no message at all.
For the first look I see extra double quote in args section. Maybe it cause this error.

Yeah, that extra double quote in the args field created this issue.
