I have recently started Linux basics course and have issue using the hands on lab.
Whenever there is a prompt asking for password it does not take any letter key input. At first I thought it was browser issue so I tried using different browser as well but got same result. When CTRL+C is pressed the password prompt is exited. What is needed to be done in order to resolve this problem?
I am using Brave browser for studying and tried with chrome and firefox to confirm this issue.

The Linux usually hides the password that is a default setting.
I might suggest you to copy and paste the password into the prompt rather than typing it.
It will be much helpful. Even you can copy the password into a n0tepad 0n your local and then paste it on the prompt it will surely work
