I just logged into Kode cloud engineer pro and clicked Go to perform the task, however, all I see is a blank white screen after loading and connecting.
Can anyone help me fix this problem? please

Sorry for the late response. The issue was resolved After I terminated the lab. Apparently there were some active sessions in the background. Once you stop starting new sessions. It all goes back to normal
