Hi Everyone,
Many team members are complaining that Kodekloud course videos are not loading. Anyone facing the same ??
I just verified, and the videos are loading fine. Can you share which specific videos team members are referring to?
My Env: Windows 11
Browser: Google Chrome Version 138.0.7204.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)
For the rest of my colleagues its same.
Thanks for providing additional info.
I verified with the said course, and it’s loading fine at my end.
Could you try clearing the cookies, and maybe in Ingoinito mode?
Not working in incognito mode. Not working with cookies / browser cache cleared
Which browser are you using ?? I have tested on Chrome , Edge
Hi @engr.ahsanaliq ,
Could you please open the browser console and try playing the lecture? We’d like to see any error messages that appear.

Any Update on the mentioned issue ???
Hi Team, I am also facing the same issue. I have tried using chrome and Edge on Windows 11. I even tried it on Firefox as well on Ubuntu. I have cleared cache and also tried incognito. Nothing seems to be working for me. Can anyone assist here plz? Is your issue resolved @engr.ahsanaliq ?
Sometimes the cause of this is hardward issues. Do any of the following apply:
In addition, please make sure you and the folks running your network are not blocking links from vimeo.com, since they are handling our videos.
I doubt there would be any hardware issues with it. For the following here is my answer
Untill couple of weeks back everything was working perfectly fine. It is a surprise to me, that it suddenly stopped working. I have been using kodekloud platform on the same ISP for the past more than 2 years and it never gave me any issue. I even tried on Mobile Data to see if something is wrong with my ISP, but it is not working on mobile data as well. @rob_kodekloud @administration
Still, it’s a problem that’s specific to your setup. So asking these things is part of troubleshooting it; we don’t have access to your site. And things change at your ISP, or at your place of work.
We use vimeo as our carrier for videos. They have good troubleshooting pages; it’s worth seeing if something on your laptop or in your local network is the cause of your trouble. The errors in what you posted suggest that vimeo is having difficult getting access to your browser. So that’s where to look now.
I was getting same Issue, figured out vimeo was getting blocked by dns fixed it by unblocking.
