Hi, I’m having an issue with my account, I can’t select another lab to working. I tried the lab 4 of level 4 of linux. Unable to keep following it [please check my last post] the platform doesn’t gave me the chance to start another labs. I only made just one try with this lab, all other labs that I had tried are done, as you can see here is my current status:

I currently now only working in linux level 4, all the other stuff that I had tried I have done it successfully. Please check this I’m mostly sure this is a bug, most of the time you can try two or three labs in parallel.

Have you selected another Domain in the Active practice page?
If that Domain has some incomplete/failed tasks, that could cause the issue.

Can you share your subscription plan?
As with a Standard subscription, one task gets activated each day.

Not That I’m aware of it.

I have the kodekloud pro subscription.
