Jenkins Level 4 Task 3 Task completion not updated

Hi Team,
I have completed the Level 4 Task 3 Jenkins MR Jobs Successfully completed yet Practice screen is not updated and other Tasks were not able to start.

Please check on this.

Again I tried and completed the Task find the Task completion screen. Still other Tasks are not able to Start.

I’m also having the same problem in Level 3 Task 4 Kubernetes
