Hello everybody
Since few days now, i’m able to access courses. it seems there is a bug on site using this url : Courses | KodeKloud… . The site is freezing on not able to access my account, or my current courses. I’m preparing CKAD and this issue not allowed me to finish the course. Did you also experience this issue ? . I’m a little bit angry because i joined the support but there are no real responses from their side. I’m paying and i’m not able to use the site.

I just tried with the link you shared, and I can access the courses.
Can you please share more details, like which browser you are using, any Firewall configured, etc.
A screenshot of what’s happening when you try to access the courses would be helpful.

The screenshot is for the Kodekloud engineer URL, and I see an Unauthorized status in the screenshot. Can you please confirm if logged in Kodekloud Engineer ( it needs a different login) or if you have a Pro subscription? Trying to access KK Engineer without logging in or trying to access Pro features could be one issue.
I just have a standard subscription. Don’t know why there is a GET command on engineer.kodecloud… i’m just connecting as i do everytime i need to work.
You can write to [email protected] explaining the labs/tasks you are trying to access on KodeKloud Engineer and the issue you are facing, and they’ll assist you with this.
