HTTP ERROR 431 - Request Header Fields Too Large Issue Accessing Jenkins Lab (Day 80)

Hello KodeKloud Support Team,

I have been trying to access the Jenkins Chained Builds lab (Day 80) on KodeKloud for a long time, but I keep encountering the error “HTTP ERROR 431: Request Header Fields Too Large”.

I have cleared my browser cookies and cache, and also tried accessing the lab in incognito mode, but the issue still persists. Due to this, I am unable to proceed with or complete the lab.

Kindly help me resolve this issue at the earliest. I appreciate your support and assistance.

Please share the lab link or the KodeKloud Jenkins course level and task name, so I can check it.

This seems to be a known issue with Jenkins that relate to cookies. I’m not sure how to keep this from recurring, but the fix appears to be deleting cookies for that domain and link.
