Getting "Rights Issue" error while playing the TLS basics lecture from the CKA course

" Rights issue

We’re having trouble authorizing playback for this video."

Getting this error in 3 Lectures of the CKA course below is the error and video lecture list i am getting error in.

Not sure what the cause is. Things to try:

  • Check your browser settings for “graphics acceleration”. If it’s on, turn that off.
  • If you’re using multiple monitors, try with a single monitor. Some docking stations may also cause trouble.
  • Try using an “Incognito window” or equivalent.

Hi Rob,

Tried in Incognito window but getting same error, there is no graphics acceleration enabled, Also tried from one of my friends account he is able to access the same lecture but i couldn’t. Also getting the issue for only 3 Videos TLS basics, TLS in Kubernetes, TLS in Kubernetes -Certificate Creation.

Thanks for sharing the lecture URL. I’ve flagged this internally.
In the meantime, could you try using a different browser to test the issue? Before trying, please make sure to clear the cookies and cache for the site.

Also, I checked from my end, and the lecture is playing fine for me.
