Error - Email already exists

Hi!,

at the moment, i 'm subscription kodekloud professional but is not possible access to KodeKloud Engineer: tells me a next message: “email already exists” when “Sign up New account”. My id is [email protected] and attach image evidence.

Hi, Daniel, Please click on login & type the Email there , will get a link to reset the Password to that Email , Reset the password & continue to login with the same.

thanks for reply. At now, get next message: “inactive user. KodeKloud Engineer does not use the same login credentials as KodeKloud. We are working on improving this soon”.
