Could not create S3 in Playground from the playground Account

When I open AWS account from PLayground i could not create S3 because of below error. I tried adding new persmission to my account where i could not even do that.
Can you help me why i could not create S3 bucket and what all services that i can play from AWS Playground ?

You shouldn’t need to add a permission to create an S3 bucket if you are in us-east-1 or us-west-2, and you are observing the limits for S3 that we list on the launch page:
