I have to deploy .net core application and test the app in the VM but during the
sandbox lab each time need to create for new user for every 3 hours, any alternative solutions to get permanent user authentication for the azure portal because each 3 hours new user has been provided
After creation of VM unable to open the azure portal with the given credentials

Playgrounds don’t work that way. To have the same credentials every time would be to assign you your own personal account that no one else uses. KodeKloud owns a pool of accounts which are recycled and cleaned after every session. You are randomly assigned an account from this pool when you start a playground.
If you want to use the same credential every time, you will need to create your own Azure account.
