Databricks is not an enabled service for Azure playground. Only what is listed here may be deployed.
Many services are not enabled, primarily for reasons of cost. If we were to enable everything, a pro subscription would be much more expensive for everyone.
I am accessing azure data playground not regular azure playground(devops related). so kindly check which are allowed services when it is azure DATA playground
